I am extremely lucky, or is it the ‘labour under complete knowledge’ type of lucky? I don’t know but what I do know is that I work with some fantastic clients.
Recently, our work with Durham Foods culminated with a launch into Ocado. Everything went smoothly and after 4 weeks sales are strong and above forecast. We now have an exciting media plan which was collaboratively devised with our buyer, applying what she knows works in Ocado and how we think our brand/products will be best portrayed to entice new customers. It was a refreshingly professional and constructive process I have to admit. Love it.
Where The River Bends
With our health and vegan credentials, Ocado is a great fit for the Where The River Bends yellow split pea dips made by Durham Foods. However, we know it’s tough online. A recent report suggested online grocery shoppers were “hyper-habitual” and Ocado themselves quoted that 70% of customers buy from their favourites list. So, for us to get that 30% to trial something new we’re going to have to work hard!
